This Author’s Creed

Images in hand, a portrait to paint
…afar, yet drawn to my touch.
A new imagining behind my eyes,
waiting to dip into this mind’s brush.

Spinning emotions, a heartfelt song,
so near, a teardrop on my fingertip
awaiting transferral between the lines
…inspirational dance, lilting script.

Dimensional world, a clay to mold,
boundless, pliable in my hands as reality.
Here and now, for as long as I may,
transcribing hope for all humanity.

About Ontyre Passages

Alive and well in the Rocky Mountains. I'm a fantasy writer who also dabbles in poetry, short stories, and map making. My Ontyre tales are an alternative fantasy experience, the stories rich in mystery, adventure, and romance. Alternative fantasy? Not quite steampunk. Not quite gothic. In truth, the real magic is in those who discover what's within.
